THE POSITION
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Brand Manager to join our awesome marketing team!
As a Digital Brand Manager at Boehringer Ingelheim, you will be responsible along with Marketing manager for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company#39;s digital marketing strategy. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company#39;s success, so you will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. If you have experience with and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels you might just be the person we are looking for!
Tasks amp; responsibilities
In this role you will ensure excellence in brand execution across all activation levers (across channels, including e-commerce) partnering with key commercial stakeholders and collaborating with agencies and other vendor partners
You will support the collection of safety data from any source and distribute to Global data entry after management in the local pharmacovigilance system of Global Safety Platform
Along with Marketing Manager you will plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
You will be responsible for the activation of Amazon marketing plan on-site and off-site
You will design, build and maintain our social media presence
Furthermore, you will also measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
You will plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
Besides, you will collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
You will utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Furthermore, you will instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
You will stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices, research competitors, provide suggestions for improvement and thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
You will manage and train the rest of the team
Requirements
University Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
Relevant previous experience in marketing roles, preferably in Consumer Health or FMCG industry.
Marketing mix pillars: knowledge of consumer market drivers, methods, levers to activate brand (including media).
Consumer insights amp; segmentation.
Structured and data driven mindset, with a love for communication and marketing.
Multiple years of experience as a Digital Brand Manager in structured FMCG or OTC Pharmaceutical companies
Multiple years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
Multiple years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Web Trends, Socials, video and display advertising campaigns
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and developing digital campaigns that inform, engage and motivate
Familiarity with web design
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a companyrsquo;s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
