The Position:
We are seeking a Senior Graphic Digital Designer to collaborate with us for an exciting three month brand development project.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital graphic design, branding and project management. The specific project is to develop our private label Arise Collective and SmartBuy Collection visual branding across our website, EDM, Programmatic and social media channels. With a performance oriented approach to design, the candidate must have the drive, creative imagination and research skills required to produce outstanding new design concepts that improve the overall brand experience. Reporting directly to our Private Label Manager and company Directors, he/she will work alongside the Global Marketing department and design team.
Specific 3 Month Project Tasks & Responsibilities:
To solidify our private label identities through compelling visuals across the website and other marketing channels:
Benchmark leading private label competitor websites and establish best practice guidelines
Mockup and Design updated Brand Identity for Arise Collective & SmartBuy Collection
Identify all design assets required for Retail Ecommerce website other marketing channels
Redesign of creative assets across all marketing activities to enhance brand presentation, customer experience and drive business performance
Design and create banners for the website, affiliate, display, social media and EDM campaigns
Resize and translate the banners based on the campaign or market requirements
Create new design guidelines for the ongoing creative development of brand creative assets
Qualifications:
A graduate from a reputable University with a degree in design-related subjects
At least 5 years experience in brand communication, ideally in an agency environment, with the ability to communicate to stakeholders
Hands on experience in graphic design for digital marketing campaigns would be an advantage
Experience in building graphic assets for other leading branded fashion goods
Knowledge of online marketing in a fashion e-retailer environment would be a plus
Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and excellent communications skills. Fluent English skills is a must.
An expert user of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Fireworks)
Highly creative conceptual thinking in both visual and interaction design
Strong interest in latest design trends, technology and social media
