Provide assistance to other Operations teams dealing with trade related queries acting as an intermediary and liaising with Sales/Trades where necessary
Liaise with Sales and Trader to ensure timely/accurate booking of new trades and amendments to existing bookings
Identify and reconcile fixed income trade bookings and allocate trades once executed
Built strong relationship with Custodian especially for Corporate Action events collecting all the information to be provided to Trader
NAV valuation, trade, position and cash reconciliation in bond/loan/repo settlement

Profilo del Candidato

3 years of experience in fixed income process - middle office
English fluent
Good excel skills
Bloomberg TOMS, OMGEO CTM, Alerts
Knowledge in collateral, cash management, Corporate Action
Reporting skills for financial transaction P&L, position Fund transfer and general understanding of cash SWIFT
Assisting on internal and external audit, account opening/KYC background is a plus
