Responsibilities

- Establishes a continuous communication with the customers and defines a structured process of classification and analysis of Customer Requirements which leads to the obtaining of formal agreements on each requirement before its implementation in the product.
- Identifies the most suitable applications and technological solutions to meet the customer’s needs.
- Tracks and monitors all changes in customer needs.
- Performs impact analyses and effort estimations in order to support Project Change Management.
- Reports to the unit manager potential process improvement initiatives that bring value to the company in terms of efficiency and time saving.
- Reviews system requirements and system architecture.
- Reviews vertical and horizontal traceability and consistency.
- Reviews and releases project deliverables in compliance with the deadlines and applicable quality standards (release baselines).
- Defines the contents of each baseline and baseline plans.
- Analyses the compatibility between different requirement management frameworks (strenghts, weaknesses, bidirectional interaction methods).
- Coordinates the technical activities of a group of resources by managing workloads and defining priorities in accordance with the unit manager.

Required Skills

- Strong technical HW/SW/MEC background.
- Past experience in SW development.
- Expertise in Requirements Engineering.
- Expertise in Requirements Management.
- Expertise in SYS/SW Architectures.
- Expertise in Functional Safety (e.g. ISO 26262).
- Expertise in Automotive SPICE or equivalent quality standards.
- Expertise in V-model for product development.
- Expertise in technical standards and norms.
- Deep knowledge of DOORS, Polarion, JIRA, Confluence.
- Strong propensity to innovation and team work.
- Excellent knowledge of technical English.
- Proactivity and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
