Job Description:
Junior Finance Manager - Atlante
We are looking for a Finance Manager who, reporting to the CFO and working in strong collaboration with Strategic Planning office and the CEO, will be involved in the following activities:
Job tasks
•Coordinate activities of finance function provided by the group finance department and external consultants (accounting, controlling, treasury management, tax)
•Prepare financial reports for the management and ensure they are submitted in due time;
•Support in developing procedures and tools to improve efficiency in measuring the business performances, including support to ERP development;
•Identify, propose and evaluate KPI for monitoring and assessing company activities and performance;
•Business control activities (monthly closing, Capex & Opex control, timely provisions, KPI monitoring);
•Provide support to the budgeting and forecasting process;
•Provide support and reliable information for M&A process;
•Pro-active interaction with all company’s departments to meet their needs and to facilitate the accomplishment of their own objectives.
Skills:
•Strong quantitative and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders;
•Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines with “can do” attitude;
•Able to work independently and within a cross-functional team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
•At least 6 years of previous experience in Controlling, FP&A, business controlling or related position in an international industrial company;
•Experience in infrastructural or energy sector is considered a plus;
•Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration;
•Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
•Excellent knowledge of Excel;
•Knowledge of SAP B1 is a nice to have.
