Product Support Specialist

Specific Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information to satisfy customers requirements

• Prepare technical documentation, technical questionnaires, project reports and other relevant documentation required for tenders responses

• Check quotations to ensure accuracy, consistency and formatting

• Support the Tender Department in submitting bids

• Maintain technical documentation constantly updated

• Work with the Central Marketing Team for continuous updating on the Company’s products portfolio

Desired Qualifications

• Degree in technical-scientific subjects

• A specific expertise or study background in Information technology / Medical devices industries are considered a plus

• 3 years of experience in the role, preferably within the medical device industry

• Proficient in English
