The Sales Engineer CADD with the full support of the Business Development Manager, will be the commercial responsible of the Cement Grinding Additives market growth  in Italy and for international markets, according to the below described duties.

Main professional duties:

During his professional activity, the Sales Engineer will:

Manage the existing accounts;
Approach all the other customers in the country;
Present the company and the Cement Grinding Additives business line;
Arrange and attend the lab and the industrial trials;
Submit commercial proposal; 
Follow – up all the technical and commercial issues;
Attend conferences/exhibitions/seminars/meetings related to the business;
Ensure the respect of the agreed payment terms;
Achieve the sales targets/budget of the year;

POSITION PROFILE

The Sales Engineer preferred profile is:

chemical or mechanical engineering background
minimum 2 years sales experience with proven track of records
Bilingual, Spanish/English is a plus.
experience in business (technical equipment or chemicals) with cement factories is a plus
dynamic attitude and highly motivation
sales orientation
negotiation skills
ability in building-up long term personal relationships
teamwork spirit and leadership characteristics
availability to frequent travels

Contract offered: an initial one year fixed term contract is offered with the possibility of permanent placement.
