For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a TO Assistant Scientist
to be hired with a temporary contract of 1 year (maternity leave) in the TECHNICAL OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT.
The person will be part of the validation team and will report to the Technical Operations Sr Mgr.
The TO Assistant Scientist is responsible for the following activities:
* Be project leader for the introduction of new products
* Manage and coordinate packaging validation projects and issue the relevant documentation (protocols and reports)
* Coordinate with the manufacturing and packaging areas, laboratories and other groups to perform validation tests
* Analyze new potential improvement projects for Technical Operations
* Support the non-conformances handling
* Artwork changes according to specific timelines
* Master’s degree in Engineering, CTF or Chemistry
* At least 6 months of experience in a pharmaceutical environmental
* Able to work in a multidepartment and dynamic environment and to deal urgencies on the shop floor
* Good skills of ownership and accountability
* Project management
* Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making
* Fluent in English (B2 level and above)
* Capacity to lead calls with Costumers.
* Capability to easily connect with people and prepare smart proposals for project approaches.
