Working as a Field Support Engineer Internship at Signify is dynamic. You‘ll be responsible for delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes. . We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.
We’re looking for a Field Support Engineer Internship who’ll be responsible for delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes. You’ll be part of the Signify Iberia Customer Support Department and its responsibilities are delivering service procedure to customers aligning with global service standards and processes, so delivering high quality customer support must be in your DNA.
What you’ll do
Ensures timely and correct execution of service obligations in accordance with the contracts.
Support analyses and solves application failures, supports upgrades by analysis & solving complaints and keeps customers informed and maintains data base up to date
Support drives feedback loops towards Systems & Service Centers/BG and monitors (remotely) systems at customer locations and act on deviations.
Assist additional Services as required through maintaining intimate customer relationship like provides special / custom training to customers upon request

What you’ll need
Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics / Mechanical / Computer Sciences / Telecom or Masters in Technology
Strong Customer focus and empathetic listening approach
