THE POSITION
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will join the Metabolism Marketing Team of Boehringer Ingelheim in Milan. In this exciting setting, where we work in Alliance with Eli Lilly, you will participate in the definition and implementation of the appropriate strategies and customer centric integrated brand plans to achieve the sales and profitability objectives for the products under your responsibility in agreement with Corporate Headquarters. You will also assure support to implement the activities necessary for the launch of new products while contributing to the realization of the planned activities through effective management of all available channels and the resources. For this position we offer a 12 months external contract (contratto di somministrazione)
Tasks amp; responsibilities
Provide data and information for the preparation of the integrated brand plans and participate in the creation of the Integrated Customer Plan by providing data and customer insights
Contribute to the creation of contents (promotional tools like detail aid, visuals,video, etc.) and the definition of the most appropriate channel mix in order to sharpen the communication strategies and key messages; participate in discussions with the Medical Department to analyze the results of the clinical studies and assure that promotional materials are coherent with the product strategies and the current laws and regulations
In collaboration with Business Intelligence Management, assist the Marketing Team Leader and/or senior BMs in order to monitor the sales and other key performance indicators
Contribute to the cross-functional operational teams for the implementation of planned activities according to the operational plan
Provide data and information for launch activities of new products in cooperation with internal functions
Support the team to guarantee the correct communication strategy messages and customer journey understanding during Field Force Training about the assigned products/customer.
Requirements
Masterrsquo;s degree preferably in the science-related field
At least 1 year of previous marketing experience in the life science industry ndash; experience in the pharmaceutical industry would be considered a plus
Advanced digital skills and deep knowledge of different digital channels is highly appreciated
Fluent in English and good level of Italian
Project Management skills
Business and marketing acumen
Team player and able to manage complexity in a cross functional environment
Highly customer focused with an awareness of the importance of business results
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
