We are looking for a Customer Order Specialist to join our Commercial Operations Customer Service team in Milan.

As a Customer Order Specialist, you’ll be responsible for the management of the full order lifecycle of project orders from the loading of the orders to project completions. You’ll be working on a variety of exciting and often complex projects across multiple sales segments.

What you’ll do
Manage all aspects of Customer Order Lifecycle from order processing through delivery to customer billing.
Attend project meetings and ensure project requirements are registered and all projects are aligned with customer purchase orders and agreements before processing.
Cooperate with site supervisors, project managers and sub-contractors on various project-related activities.
Working across various sales segments, you’ll gain knowledge of our various product portfolios including lighting controls systems and you’ll be supporting a broad spectrum of projects with different types of services.
You will be the first point of contact for customers, our internal sales team and internal engineers to support their inquiries on the phone or via emails.
Your qualifications
You have minimum 5 years of working experience in a similar position within a Customer Service environment.
You’re passionate about providing excellent Customer Service in all aspects of your daily activities.
Knowledge of SAP (ERP module) highly preferred
Excellent customer-orientation, positive mindset
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Flexible team player and self-motivated; excellent communication skills
Computer skills: MS Office advanced.
You enjoy working in a team, but you are also able to work autonomously.
